IBS is the largest annual light construction show in the world with more than 1,400 top manufacturers and suppliers gathering in 600,000 net square feet of exhibit space. It’s a highly competitive event and a top priority for LP when it comes to standing out and making a lasting impression with potential customers.

Why let the parameters of a booth limit the size of an experience?

Building in a New Dimension

Working hand-in-hand with LP, we concepted, wrote, designed and helped produce what we called the LP 7D Experience. This virtual reality “ride” immersed booth guests in an all-sensory trip across multiple dimensions. At each stop (or in each dimension) along the way, our “passengers” discovered the benefits of a different LP building solution—and realized the full depth of the portfolio upon completion.

Letting the Work Do the Talking

Amongst thousands of exhibitors featured during the three-day event, LP’s booth was chosen by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to be one of three booths visited by the U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Ben Carson. The booth also earned coverage by top-tier publications like Builder, Custom Home and LBM Journal—making 2019 LP’s most successful IBS showing to date.
