Messaging in the category had gone stale. It was primarily dominated by much larger companies focused on the bottomline. Messaging was almost solely focused on features and benefits. Using our Brand AMP process, we were able to discover how PWT focuses on partnerships, unique processes and delivery to ensure a much higher quality experience—not to mention product portfolio.
