Senior Account Executive


GS&F is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Account Management team. Are you a master at writing and developing a Creative Brief with Strategists and Creatives? Can you weave a passionate and persuasive story in front of C-Suite stakeholders? Are you just as much of an idea person as a Creative? As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of programs and/or projects on strategy, on time and within budget. Candidates should have strong leadership abilities; a solid understanding of marketing, communications and branding strategy; and possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for clients; agency experience is a significant plus
  • Experience executing integrated marketing projects, including traditional and digital work, is strongly preferred
  • A thorough understanding of and passion for B2B marketing and clients. Previous experience in durable goods, building products, manufacturing and other similar industries will have a significant advantage in this role
  • Experience managing budgets, accounting activity and business forecasting
  • Ability to craft meaningful and effective creative briefs that articulate a client’s vision and inspire action for the creative team
  • Should be a digital native who is fluent in digital best practices, interactive development and social media
  • Capacity to work independently and works well under tight deadlines
  • Thrives in a detail-oriented environment, is an adept problem solver and is able to handle competing demands
