Interactive Account Coordinator

Summary

GS&F is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Interactive Account Management team who is passionate about digital, interactive development, UX and can work magic with our clients. This position will directly support our Interactive efforts for a variety of our largest digital clients. Candidates should be ready to dive into the most detailed aspects of managing digital projects, be familiar with the principles of development, SEO, digital media and UX and be able to navigate highly technical information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of digital experience outside of collegiate settings; agency, start-up or entrepreneurial environments with a digital focus is a significant plus in this role.
  • Basic knowledge of interactive development including CMS platforms (like Umbraco and WordPress), React, JavaScript, agile methodologies, Scrum, UX and more.
  • Familiar with principles of SEO, SEM, PPC, GoogleAds and the like.
  • Previous experience working with clients, external interactive partners and/or digital shops strongly preferred.
  • Previous knowledge of and experience in JIRA, Trello, Workamajig and/or other project management systems and tools.
  • Confident in front of client stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite, and is polished and professional.
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable in a very fast-paced and high-pressure environment and can think on your feet.
