Digital Analyst

Summary

Can you weave a passionate and persuasive story from a series of data points? Can you make sense of marketing data and campaign reporting and turn that into meaningful insights to improve campaign performance? Do you feast over data visualization? GS&F is looking for a Digital Analyst to join our agency. This position is crucial for the effective execution and optimization of media campaigns and will require a relentless pursuit of actionable insights, not just a regurgitation of numbers. Candidates should have direct campaign-level analytics experience in an agency or media organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of data science, business analyst, marketing analyst or other similar experience; prior agency experience a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Statistics or similar degree
  • Proven ability to synthesize campaign data across SEM, Paid Social, Display and other digital channels into a cohesive, compelling data story for clients
  • Very strong analytical skills and can convert numbers into insights quickly and accurately
  • Adept presenter of complex data where senior client stakeholders cling to your knowledge and influence in the work
  • Depth of experience in Google properties and Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Domo, Datorama, PowerBI, etc.
  • A hunger for growing the analytics and data science capability within the agency
  • Highly accountable to your team and clients, display a tough-minded approach to getting work done, and should be curious to grow in your craft
