Digital Ad Operations Coordinator

Summary

GS&F is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is on the front-lines of ensuring that the Agency’s digital campaigns are executed flawlessly. You should be able to manage the trafficking of multiple campaigns with a great deal of complexity. This position will be working with specialists in SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Earned Media and other paid media teams and should have a working knowledge of these disciplines. Ideal candidates should be extremely organized and have the utmost attention to details is a critical thinker.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in digital ad operations or digital marketing, prior experience in an agency setting is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing
  • Highly detail oriented and can wear many hats, including quality assurance, project management, and digital ad trafficker
  • Works alongside with other paid media specialists to troubleshoot issues that impact tracking, implementation, reporting, and the overall health of our campaigns
  • Understands production timelines and integrates with Account Management, Creative and Digital teams to ensure we have the proper assets, tracking links, metadata and other variables on hand for launches
  • Capable of launching and managing the execution of many campaigns simultaneously
  • Incredibly accountable, assertive and fights for greatness and works with other team members to ensure the Agency is providing the best level of service to our partners
  • Analytical thinker, a problem solver and can operate both independently and as a part of a growing team
